Worst Christmas..Ever!

Seriously, this has been the worst winter break EVER! We didn't even have a party because everyone was sick so we canceled it. Then today when we went to the mall for boxing day, we hardly got anything. So far i got crappy presents. We still haven't picked up the rest of the presents so yeah. Not really excited to get back to school. My throat still hurts. But not that much. I think I'm going to start a coughing seizure soon. Having a headache all day long. Ughh. I hope the week improves...somehow. Okay sorry if this blog post is really boring. But i just had to complain somewhere! That's about it... Yep. Sorry if this was short. Didn't know what else to blog about. Bye guys!

Christmas Party Disaster!!!

My older posts, i told you guys that there was going to be a party at our house. And we are HARDLY prepared at all! We haven't got the food. We still have to organize our furniture and basement. This is not really a good year for Christmas. Because a bunch of people are really sick with this flu spreading around.  But other then that, still. A lot of people are coming. We are planning to order 100 spring rolls, dumplings, 50 samosas, a small party tray of fried tofu. (Yes, we like tofu for all you tofu haters) I wanted veggie bean curd. But there wasn't any bean curd party trays for that. And no, bean curd doesn't actually sound like what it looks like. Here is a picture:

Trust me, if you haven't tried it, it will change your life FOREVER! The skin is so crunchy and salty. The insides are really good! Dip it in sauce for a match made in heaven. Okay, besides the bean curd. We also are hoping to get beef with fried noodles.  Picture:

Personally i don't like the bean sprout and all those veggies they put in it. Because it tastes fine without it. I don't like greens anyways. Okay. So this probably won't happen at our Christmas Party. But I sometimes wish that a chef would like come and whisk up some Beef noodle soups for us! I really like eating them at Vietnamese Noodle Restaurants or something. It smells REALLY REALLY good! When its really cold outside, the smoke from the noodles make you feel like your in the best place in the world at the moment. The beef balls and beef dipped in hot sauce is divine! Okay, I am literally drooling on my keyboard. But anyways. Enough about our food plans!! I'm also really worried about whether people will think the party is really boring or something! I could just imagine it. Everyone sitting on chairs looking totally bored. I only like Christmas because of the presents. Greedy i know. Well, that's all i have to say. Since i'm still sick i don't even know if i will get better till Christmas. Even though I told you guys that I have a pretty good chance that I will. ANYWAYS! I hope you guys have a better Holidays then me! Bye!

My Throat Hurts!!

Okay..
Well, I've been SICK! again. My throat hurts. Not like the strep throat sort of awful feeling. But the one where it feels like every time when you swallow it's like someone just broke your neck or something. When I eat it's really painful. But besides a mildly runny nose I'm otherwise considered okay. Christmas is coming in 3 days. So I'm not really that concerned that I'm going to be sick on Christmas. Because I don't feel tired or feverish! I can't wait till I get sillybandz! I told my mom what kind of sillybandz I wanted. And just like 2 days ago she asked me what kind I wanted. So i'm really excited! Our Christmas party is going to be at OUR house. So i can't wait!! It's going to be in our basement. Because we just finished our basement and it's really nice! Although the bathroom is really disgusting! Lol. Gah, it hurts when i cough ); So painful. It's been going on for 2 days already. I tried Ricola for the first time yesterday (those cough candies) It was really minty and bitter-ish. I HATE MINT! It reminds me of my minty tooth paste. So everytime when I'm at school and we receive like those minty candy canes. I secretly groan. Isn't fruit flavor  candy canes so much better?!? I remembered in grade 1 when my teacher gave us cherry candy canes! It was soo good! Well, I have to go eat noodle soup right now. So cyah!

Coughing

Just recently I've caught this terrible flu. And now everyone in my family has it. Do you know how annoying it is to SLEEP every night when they are COUGH COUGH COUGH the entire night!! It won't be long before I'm sick again.. But I heard that a lot of people have it right now. The walk in clinics are stuffed with kids. People aren't going to work. I'm just really worried if people still are sick till 5 days later, how are we going to celebrate Christmas together? I want my presents ya know!! Well that's all I gotta say. Stay clean people.

What I Got Today

Today when I was at square one, in dollarstore. I found sillybandz! Well not the BRAND called sillybandz, but rubber bands. You get the point. I bought 3 packs. 12 pack tie dye fun shape, 12 pack tie dye tools, 15 pack glow in the dark car shapes. Here are some photos:

For some reason they gave me 3 screws and only 1 saw. Oh well, that's what you get for buying them at dollar store!

Treasure Island

Well today when I was at the app store looking at new apps, I found another new app from TeamLava, the creators of Bakery Story and Restaurant story ( they are both free apps) So I downloaded it to try it out. Turns out it was like a facebook game. Where you have to wait FOREVER for your energy to refill to do a action. Here are some photos I took:






Well thats all I have to say! I rate it 3 out of 5 stars. Considering that it's a free app. Go get it!

Trip,Birthday, etc

Hey  guys!!! I'm here to announce that tomorrow our class is going to this hockey arena for students vs teacher game!!! The trips cost was NOTING! Amazing, considering the expensive trips we had to pay for the last few months. I'm really excited because we were aloud to bring snacks to the arena. Looking forward to the bus ride, sitting with my BFF waving at strangers in car! LOL! FUN! I'll make a blog post about it when I get back from school. BTW it's also the last day tomorrow until winter break!! Totally excited. PLUS! It's my younger sister's b-day tomorrow! Shes turning 5! A huge milestone, half way from from being 10! My dad still hasn't bought her a present yet. I think he's planning to go to toys r us tonight. (Told him to get me a pack of sillybandz while there, lol) My mom is probably going to bake her a cake. I hope it doesn't turn out really sweet like today when we tried to make chocolate chip cookies... We already had a ready mix bag which we bought at the store. All we did was put water in it. No butter because i was allergic to diary products (boo-hoo) When it was done baking in the oven. The bottom of the cookie was stuck to the wax paper. It was burned also..boo hoo We had to scoop out the top of the cookie and couldn't eat the bottom. lol. we are so weird! It was so sweet I think it hurt my brain. Since my sister was running a little sick and my mom doesn't really like sweet stuff. I had to finish the cookies by myself. Thank goodness for water! Wow..this is like totally the longest post i ever did! WOOH! Okay well i seriously have to go, because I have noting else to talk about.
